Molí d’en Jordà

This ancient flour mill dates from the end of the 14th century. Some walls of the mill building remain, as well as those of a three-arched aqueduct that brought the water to the mill.  At some point it was also known as the tavern mill: “One ‘industrial’ idea was to set up a mill using the water from the Santa Susanna stream. (…). Now there remains a piece of bridge and the ruins of what they called the hostel, which must have been a kind of tavern where the people who took the grain for grinding whiled away their time, while waiting for their turn.” (Dr. Massons, Història de la Vila de Santa Susanna,  p. 314).
