Santa Susanna, a town with an events’ calendar throughout the year

In Santa Susanna we are a town with great experience in hosting small and large format events for all audiences. It is for this reason, that year after year, we add new annual events to our billboard, such as Love Market and Festival d’Arts d’Estiu.

 

Love Market, a market installed in the Masia de Can Ratés every first Saturday and Sunday of the month. This September, the fourth edition will be held. Months of Love Market await us, since it don’t stop, with thematic editions that won’t leave anyone indifferent.

 

 

It also happens with the Micròmetre Festival. It was born in 2017 with the desire to become a short-lived and small-formed theater festival of reference in the Maresme. It offers microshows between 15 and 30 minutes, in small and unconventional spaces, as is Can Ratés. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy a quality theater near home. The Micrometer doesn’t  stop either.

 

 

 

The star event of this season has been Arts d’Estiu. It joined the Santa Susanna event board this season, but initially started in Pineda de Mar. In this new location, the beach between the two municipalities, historical records have been broken that have closed this ninth edition with 35,674 spectators, a 78 % more than the previous year. It has been visited by artists such as Luis Fonsi, David Bisbal, Melendi, Niña Pastori… and it has been a musical and reference arts festival throughout the Maresme.

Arts d’Estiu is a family festival, where performances of magic, humor, musical and children’s have been offered.

The organization begins to prepare the next edition with great desire.
