Santa Susanna is a town located in the middle of an enviable environment: between the Mediterranean, the Montnegre mountain range, and around its stream.

On the one hand, we find more than two kilometers of quality beaches, with clean, coarse-grained, and golden sand, while, on the other, we find the gateway to the Montnegre El Corredor Natural Park, and it is precisely thanks to this, that we are the “Oasis of the Mediterranean”.

Santa Susanna is much more than beaches, we also have fields and mountains. We have a rich natural heritage and, due to our privileged location and climate, we have a great diversity of flora and fauna.

From our town, the possibilities for walks and outings by mountain bike or electric bike are unlimited.

Likewise, we are also farmland. Artichokes, endives, and beans are synonymous with the quality of the garden of our town, but our cherry tomatoes and horticultural products, in general, have also gained recognition.

The cherry tomatoes made by the Santa Susanna agricultural company, Hortalisses Pi, were awarded in 2011 by the Alícia Foundation, a gastronomic research center promoted by Michelin chef Ferran Adrià, as the best tomatoes of 2011 in the category “cherry” cocktail.

We are a territory where the sandy soils, the Mediterranean climate, and the streams give a special touch to our agricultural production. The garden production of the Maresme is known by the name of “the delicate garden”.

You can buy these agricultural products in our fruit and vegetable markets, or you can taste them in our restaurants, because in our town you will find proposals for all palates, combining locals with tradition, modernity and signature cuisine.

As you can see, Santa Susanna is much more than a beach destination, it is an ideal town to be discovered at all times of year in a sustainable way.

The sea, the beaches, the fields, and the mountains fill our town with smells and colors, flora and fauna.
