Santa Susanna celebrates the Magic Fair on 8 and 9 July

Santa Susanna will celebrate on the 8th and 9th of July the 16th edition of the Magic Fair, will be in the “ Masia Can Ratés”  from 18h. The fair’s program includes activities for all audiences, among which are the performance of the clown-actor Pepe Viyuela, Hotel Cochambre and Parellop concerts  and the conference of Josep Guijarro, writer, journalist and collaborator of TVE.

Several magicians such as Adrian Conde, Enric Magoo, Brando and Silvana, Mag Marin, David Chelong will perform during the fair, on the other side, the fair offers other proposals such as an Egyptian ritual and talk by Exther, sacred songs by Ravi Ram, a Celtic wedding ceremony by Joan Albalat and a talk by the monk instructor guide Loto Vázquez, among others.

The fair program also includes games for adults and children and the possibility of a guided tour of the “Masia de Can Ratés” by Baraka Viatges. On the other hand, the library Vall d’Alfatà of Santa Susanna has programmed some activities related to the fair like the exhibition and photocall “Bruixes i Bruixots i Mags i Magues, d’Abracadabra pota de cabra” (until 7 July) and a Magic show and workshop of magic wands by Umpalumpa (also until 7 July)

Throughout the fair there will be bar and food service. The ticket price is 7 euros on Saturday 8th and free admission on Sunday 9th July.

Can Ratés, an old farmhouse from the 18th century, is located near Colomer Park, a 15-minute walk from the hotel zone and from the train station (the road starts behind the Mercury Hotel). The farmhouse also has parking areas for those who decide to go with their own vehicle.
