The Tourist Office of Santa Susanna reconaized for the quality services offered to tourists.

The Santa Susanna Town Hall, together with the Santa Susanna Tourist Foundation, continues its commitment to quality, working to renew year after year the “Q” quality seal internationally recognized in the tourist sphere.

The tourism office was certified for the first time in 2005 and has renewed in the following years the mark awarded by the ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality). The last external audit was carried out on October 2017 and we again demonstrate that in Santa Susanna we work with the highest quality of services for our visitors.

One of the positive evaluations made by the auditor has been the creation of the new Inventrip tourist app, with which all our visitors can easily access all the information about Santa Susanna and our surroundings offline, in which we can Find also different archives of general interest such as train schedules and detailed routes to the most important points in our territory. With the objective of working to be an Intelligent Destination and working to replace the role of mobile information.

 

 

The Tourist Office of Santa Susanna has the main mission to inform, of objective form, of the tourist offer of the municipality and to project an image of the destiny under the parameters of the quality and the tourist excellence, The aim is to satisfy and exceed the needs and expectations of our visitors in relation to the information requested and the existing offer. In this sense, visitors surveyed on-site rate a service score of 9.5 points out of 10.
